It is strange you see, how we've come to know Frae only as the cold personality that she shows you on the outside. She lets nobody in and basically if you try to see inside her head, she will hex you. Thats what you see of her, thats what everybody sees of her. Infact, there is only three or four people who can claim that they actually KNOW her. Those people would have to be: Melia, Dom, Matthew and Zachary. Practically inseperable were those four, or atleast Melia, Dominick and Frae were, the other two did not know Melia and Dom very well, probably because they were not in the same house. But that was beside the point. Frae would love to see anybody QUESTION the fact she hung out with Ravenclaws. They would have Melia onto them before they could even say 'sorry'. Frae had always been a solitary child, she rarely dwelled in the presence of others, it wasn't that she was afraid of people. She didn't NEED there company any more than she wanted it.
She walked through Hogsmede, her head was held high - not high as one would do if they were a 'snob but in a proud way - her face was set and her expression cold and uncaring. She was not really in the mood for companionship today ... or anyday as it were. Her hands swung loosley by her sides, portraying a decieving presence of relaxation, however if you looked closely you would see the tenseness of her shoulders. It looked as if she merely needed a good massage to loosen them up. Her dark eyes stared blankly before her, Hogsmede was as good as empty today, and honestly she didn't care much for it. There was something of a sigh escaped her lips, her breath making mist clouds upon the air. It was nearing the time of night, she should be up at the castle by now. What of it? None would notice her absence, and those that did would not be fool enough to speak of it.
How much she wished for a butterbeer or something stronger at the moment, something that would wake her up. Give her abit of energy .. and yet alas, for the want of such a thing would mean she would have to enter a bar to recieve it, and in the presence of so many who knows what rash actions she may happen upon. There were few in Hogwarts that knew who she was going to become, and those that did kept it to themselves for threat of torture. Until she had gathered a larger band of followers .. her destiny would remain secret, none but those who were sworn to secrecy would ever know it. Honestly Frae had not a care in the world, or none that she displayed publicly, she had half a mind to find Melia, one with whom she could always talk. Without fear of judgement or ridicule. Closer than sisters those two were.

Sometimes being human again would have been something of a wish, to be warm and cold, fell pain in lengths that humans did, to have the ability to look different and preferably older. Sometimes it would be nice to have dreams, the ones that girls go on about and boys hide for fear of the so called 'puff' like quality dwelling on these such things. Yet Zack couldn't care less, maybe thats what made him unusual although there was highly another explanation. His body was ridgid still as he lay on the balcony wall of some person or others house which overlooked the small street. He would have gone to Melia's but she would have killed him for not telling her and besides what was the point when you where alone? He sighed roughly and plundged his stark white hands into his pockets before spinning to a sitting possition rather quickly. His face was still, barely moving for the fact he was having doubts about his form, his quick answer. He had never thought that that one yes would turn his life around. Didn't he see the way that her skin glowed? Probably not, Shaz had probably drunk before their meeting but there was still a pigment of fakeness about it. His grey eyes were almost fully black as he looked onto the streets. For one thing he knew he wasn't alone but then you wouldn't be in a highstreet where people were but he felt someone more prominintly. At first he saw nothing but a figure that looked quite old dissapear into the three broomsticks but then the prominently beautiful blond hair fell into view and he knew exactly who it was.
The jump was like jumping two steps before the floor, hardly anything, but it sent a shockwave through Zack's body which caused his blank face into a small grin before snapping back so quickly he oculd hardly have let anyone see. The air was cold, crisp and fresh. Quite nice and suiting to his abnormally cold flesh. His mother, on the odd chance she actually saw him and embraced him, had remarked he was as cold as death. Since then he had gone through lengths of ways to reveal what he was by walking around with his sharpened canines in view, drinking blood or simply going on about vampires too much. His mother consulted a book. Of all things she found that charting her sons incredibly harsh life in a book was much easier than dealing with it. Her answer to drinking blood "thats nice dear...", the teeth "They are very realistic Zachary" and his aparent obsession with vampires "a phase". He;d had quite enough of it and the only way he'd escaped utter madness was going to the one place he couldn't stand. Hogwarts.
While Zack's head was in a total state of angered battle with his mother his feet had carried him to the main street off the side alleyway. He was dressed in his usual black, baggy jeans and a t-shirt from the latest Meatloaf concert. Even though he was pureblood he enjoyed watching muggle bands preform and the fact he could find this guy's preformances both theatrically brilliant and his songs quite inspiring he had to shell out for the oversized t-shirts which were amazingly printed with dragons, statues and whoever knows what. His taste in music had increased from the begining of the summer, his ear had bee able to pick up much more amazing things and those bands that were struggeling out there he'd heard and thought 'they'll have to be out there sometime in the future'. His head was bent low as he walked behind the sixth year girl but his eyes were fixed harshly on her with a small twinkle of mischief in them. His steps were incredibly light, almost inaudible or maybe they were to humans he couldn't be sure but he could still hear them slightly. As he became closer he slipped an arm around her waist and chuckled lighlty to himself. "Look who it is, little Vinxton. Nice of you to have said a simple hello to me atleast since the start of the year..."
His tone was slightly sarcastic and she probably knew he didn't care much for company of other either. He pulled his arm back to himself sharply and sighed with little feeling for the reason. In fact he just was in one of those moods were a small chat was more intresting than a night alone on that balcony. He'd run, his favourite hobby perhaps. That was one thing he missed even when he was mortal he outrun many people on the sprinting races and the long distance ones because those were fun and his prize of a knut per contestant was hardly an excitment for a billionares son yet he still did it and left the money back to those who finnished second or third. He didn't win all the time but sometimes you couldn't be perfect although perfection was what Akasha strived for most in her children. Well she used to. Helody was harshly watched and whatever it said in the many horse books Akasha had aquired Helody had to match it perfectly, Armand had to be able to read and analize the whole book and basically could rewrite any of the wars perfectly without anyone knowing he'd took his information from other sources. Then Zack was left. Perhaps being the youngest Akasha didn't care about him she'd left him to Enkil who had grown a strong, harshly abusive also but to the mind of Zack in his younger days he didn't mind, relationship. Yet Zack seemed to be punnished more harshly, being punched, hit and vocally abused most times. Somehow it didn't matter anymore. The bruises appeared and were gone, the words washed over him, the scratches didn't mark him and he was invincible apart from one thing. Fire.
OOC- um my post origionally wasn't so long. Most of it's babble but thats what I strive on. Good to have you back. Oh and I just posted because I don't know anyone else called Lennox if you wanted Mel you got Zack yey! haha I'll go bye byes now

Isn't it strange how people can have a perfect description of you, like they can say exactly who you are and who you want to turn out to be. But then you can do something ... something so different to what you are like that it changes everything they thought they knew about you. That was so much like Frae, she had always hated being 'categorised' she despised it so much, but she always did things to break what others thought of her. For one thing, nobody ever thought she would settle down with a guy, they thought her the type who would keep many going at once. But here she had prooved them wrong .. prooved them wrong by finding Matthew, whom she had always admired and falling for him. It was strange, but with a macabre beauty about it. How something so cold, so merciless could be so changing ... so ... unpredictable.
She shook her head, to lazy to merely raise a hand to brush her vividly blonde locks from her eyes, so she shook her head, allowing her hair to fall over her shoulders. She vaguely heard steps behind her, but they were faint ... she would have missed them had her senses not been slightly enhanced by being half vampire .. but even so, she did not turn around to look. For by the way they were so soft they appeared to her to be little more than an animal trailing along behind her. She flinched slightly as an arm slipped around her waist, but she didn't turn around, a palid smirk played upon her features, yes she knew who that was. For only one shared a greeting like that. Lennox, Zach Lennox. His words were sarcastic as they always were, he was almost as unsocial as she at the best of times. But honestly they generally always had time for breif conversations ... harnessing no wit of course. Only sarcastic taunts, Zach was not the one she generally had in-depth conversations with .. she saved that [no offence to him] for Melia. "Oh? Feeling a bit hard done by? To save you the greif .. Hello Zach."
Her words also hinted sarcasm as she turned to face him, the smirk still clear upon her expression. She wanted to sit down, and it was more than tempting to sit in the middle of the street, but she composed hersaelf for that temptation .. or atleast for the moment.

His head was thrown back in a somewhat mocking gesture as he listened feverishly to her. Sometimes he would listen thoroughly other times he'd only half be listening and it would be obvious it was so. Right now he was confusing himself what he was listening to. Frae's voice was harsh in his mind but there were laughing voices, singing and glasses smashing also. He looke lightly away and shrugged with a suddenly robotic edge to him, the time of day made him a little on edge especially when out of the school grounds. Like many knew Zack wasn't the most loved character out of the school, he was on many deathwish lists, wanted lists and others out there just wanted to murder him because he was a traitor vampires spawning or as they called it. His eyes were fixed on another set of bright green ones in the shadows. He knew who they belonged to, that darn cat. Sometimes he picked it up with it inches away from his face and he almost bit it but of course he'd have to keep it because his mother had bought it for him and prized it because of the way it's eyes changed from blue to green depending on the time of the day. He looked back to Frae and smiled lightly. "Awww! Hello Frae it's nice to talk to you!" His voice was mocking and really meant to be. He sometimes wondered why he bothered although admitedly Frae was a friend who could help although he had no clue if she would spread it or not.
He shoved his hands in his deep pockets and looked up at the sky before sighing, which could have been mistaken as a groan if you were only half listening at that moment. The dark hair clashed perfectly with his very light skin and in this light the blue veins in his neck throbbed visciously under his skin making them more apparent. He hadn't fed enough but there was still time. He was craving for human blood though and it wans't easy to go around and steal a child, kill it and then act as if nothing happened. There wern't many criminals around Hogsmeade and therefore Zack didn't wish to feast on the innocent, perhaps a little softness of his own falling through who knew? He shuffled his feet and turned sharply as something moved behind him. He had jumped with such a force he almost lost all balance completly acompanied with a scowel seing as though it was only a minor thing such as a mouse that had moved, nothign that was threatening. Or atleast he hoped not and if it was He'd just run anyway, right now he could be bothered to fight with another vampire who was stronger and obviously older than he was. He technically had only been 'born into darkness' for around 5 or 6 months and he knew far more than those of his age would. Perhaps he knew more than ones far older than him did and that was why they despised him so much? Whoever knew these things Zack would have gladly waltzed over got the information and killed him just like that because of course distribution of convosations in secret is a highly criminal thing under this sixteen year olds eyes.
- yeah bad post I'm too happy to be depressed! -
