Ashe.Donovan King of the Night Ashe was sprinting now, desperate to reach the village before the clouds parted, revealing the silver orb that would force him to transform. If he didn't get to the chosen hunting ground, there was no telling where he'd end up. Mind you, he did have control over himself while in werewolf form, but the thirst that was coursing through his veins couldn't be ignored for long. He was running even faster than Zack which was outright abnormal because Zack was a vampire and could outstip any human.
There it was! That huge, gleaming moon that cast eerie white light on the ground. Ashe slid to a stop in the woods behind Hogsmeade, fully exposed to it now. His clothes ripped and he howled in pain as his skin shredded to bits, being replaced by huige muscles and black fur. It started from his head and went all the way down to his toes, until where there stood a regular teenage boy was now a monsterous black wolf. Ashe sat on his haunched and pointed his snout to the moon. He sang his hunting song, the melody haunting to those who heard it. Already he could hear the doors being slammed shut and double bolted. They knew he was here. Mad yellow orbs gleamed in the pale moonlight as he glared into the forest behind him. Waiting for his hunting companion.

z a c h a r y . l e n n o x Zack's footfall was steadily becoming heavier as he walked the road quite slowley. He purposefully wanted Ashe to get ahead, he didn't enjoy the painful transformation any more than owls and rats blood. If he had to he would but if he had the choice he;d rather not. The high pitched howl caused him to flint lightly and swipe his hands over his ears with a slight grimace of pain, his ears were sensitive so there was his excuse for stopping. Swooping down with agile speed and swiped a stone from the gutter side and threw it quite lazily over the top of three houses. Zack continued on for quite a while before he turned sharply on his heels and stopped abruptly stifling a yawn and looking straight through the trees and spotting the black fur he felt quite painfully for. His hands fell into his pockets lifting his t-shirt and partially revealing his pale skin under the black t-shirt just above his thumb. "So you just gonna starve all night or can we get on with it?"
The vampire chuckled quietly and began walking into the trees briefly staring at the branches because of their tendancy to hold birds, in particular owls. Sometimes he had to admit the fact that Ashe devoured the birds pleased him and other times he thought it was utter madness. Zack's unappitizing rat blood, although utterly vile, was understandibly a way to keep his identity hidden and throwing them miles afterward possibly landing on a house, field, wood, person or quite delightfully some place where people would find the bloodless rodent interesting enough to cut through it and try and find out why it had died. This usually resulted in punctured body and instant blood loss, or perhaps an interesting bat attack and feast. He grinned at this thought and stopped around a metre and a half from this friend and stared quite emptily at him with not so much meaning other than ready to get started. Other than normal teenage boys going and finding cars to stare at these two murdered. Perfectly normal.

A.s.h.e xx I can't escape this hell xx A low grumbling sounded in Ashe's throat, a canine form of laughter at Zack's words. He appreciated his friend hanging back for the transformation, it wasn't something he enjoyed having other people see. It exposed his very soul to the whole world and that just wasn't acceptable. His keen ears traced the sounds of animals and humans, trying to locate the choicest prey. Personally, he was in the mood for a nice fat bull tonight. His mouth watered at the mere thought of it. Letting his friend go ahead of him, Ashe stood to his full height and lifted his snout in the air. The musky smell of the said bull reached his nose faintly. It was young and in the prime of his life.
Ashe moved into a graceful lope, snapping almost playfully at Zack's ankles as he led his friend to he pen where the bull was kept. His ebony fur kept him hidden from regular human eyes, but if one cared to look they would see his gleaming orbs, full of bloodlust and rage. Muscles stretched and contracted as his long legs carried him foward to his destination, the thirst becoming almost unbearable. He increased his pace until he was running almost flat out. The pen was on the far side of the village, which he ran openly through. As long as he was in this form, no one would dare to mess with him.
The bull was fat and juicy, just waiting to be picked off. Several younger bulls were in the pens next to this one, obviously a prized animal. Licking his chops, Ashe crept foward with his belly to the ground. The bull looked around nervously, Ashe could sense his fear. The animal knew that something was close, but how close? Ashe snarled and pounced, his powerful jaws latching onto the beast's life vein. The bull gave a frightened bellow and swung his great weight around in circles, trying to loosen the werewolf from his grip. Ashe merely bit down harder, blood spurting from the artery now. It covered Ashe's face and jaws, seeping down into his throat and making him growl in appreciation. The damage was done. As the bull grew weaker, Ashe looseed himself from the beast's throat and landed on his feet. Watching it in its death throes, the corners of his mouth pulled back and he revealed his sharp teeth in a malicious grin. Licking the blood from his paws and snout, he dug into the bull, ignoring its sounds of pain. He tore the skin of the soft belly away and began digging at the tender flesh underneath. AT last...blood, food. Life.
X.X Somebody get me through this nightmare I can't control myself So what if you can see the darker side No one can change this animal I have become X.X
