Another dark and lonely evening, but not for some. For it had come about again, the thirty first of october, Haloween. And all the muggle children were outside, knocking on doors up and down the street, all except htis one, for the house was hidden away, protected by it's enchantments. And athough they were there for a reason alice cursed them to hell. For she wished that the children would come up, knock at her door, so that she could give them sweets. It was not some pverted desire, more a part muggle maternal instinct. She had been out allready in her invisibility, tagging along with some of the groups under a dissilusionment charm, slipping sweets into bags where possible. She had procured the muggle sweets specially for the evening. It would be a dead giveaway if a muggle child found his or herself a chocolate frog.
Of course she had seen a few, the wizarding children wiith their parents traveling by side along apparation to visit. And she had enjoyed every minute of it, leaping up and running to the hallway to hand out the sweets. Lingering on the door step watching the night for a long time after they had gone. Alice was still just a child at heart, she had dressed her room and put on costume for the occasion. A vampire, according to the muggle looks, with one of her favourite dresses and her canines elongated ridiculously it had the idea efect. She laughed to herself. Her room was lit with candles, and there was a grinning pumpkin in the window. She had even gone so far as to spread streamers all about the room in orange and black and enchanted miniture bats to fly about the room.
"I love haloween"
She sighed wistfully to herself.
